James S. Chano predicted that the biggest company in China, China Inc., is headed for a breakdown. This would affect the Chinese economy in a huge deal. Chano predicted the collaspe of Enron so he's a highly respected person. Chano stated that China Inc. is becoming too strong and is headed towards a disaster. Other people predict that China Inc. is going to have a boom in the near future.
Obesity rates have leveled off meaning that most people are fat. 2/3s of adults are obese and 1/3 of children have childhood obesity. Also, obesity problem is considered a top priority by the White House, since part of the health care plan that has been release is to help stop obesity.
There was a state trooper that was shoot in the neck that started out as a domestic dispute and turned wrong. Because of the extent of the injuries the state trooper had died and since the guy was not found it has caused all of the schools to go on lockdown.
Many people are looking for loved ones in Haite after the Earthquake. On CNN there are pictures of loved ones that people can not find and need the help from others to get them found. You can also contact the U.S. State Department Operation Center if you are worried about family or friends who have maybe been in the quake.
google may be pulling out of china. the server had been attacked to get information on other people. the company would be losing big money.
it is a bad thing that the earthquake hurt so many people but there is too many people in the world anyways. the less people the less food and space being used
