I think his health plan is dumb and won't do anything for people besides the poor ones.
1) Education- he was to make the cost much smaller and 10% of your income for student loans...It is a good idea but you have to get a good job by the time you graduate in college

I think it is a good way to express the way he think about the american people and he will not turn his back from them...

Childhood obesity is a continuing issue that needs attention.
Investing in a world Class education: reform the education, increase the quality of the education system, and rescue schools that are not offering an up to par education, give money for college educations, forgiven student loans, cut costs for colleges.
ReplyDeleteMy opinions: I think that making it less expensive to get an education is a very good idea and forgiving student loans after x amount of years is also a good idea, but if it doesn't affect us then it wouldn't help me and my education.
Health Reform: protect americans from insurance agencies and get affordable health care plans, preserve the right to keep your doctors, reduce premiums and costs for health care, bring down national deficit, millions losing health insurance, premiums going up, harder to get health care/ afford health care.
My opinion: i want to know more of what the plan is because it is easy to lie and promise a better future and a better health care system. He only said what the benefits would be but not how it would be done. I'm still skeptical in how it will be done but if it is true then it would be good for the country.
1. They are trying to improve the schools, they want to give kids 10000 dollar grants for college, students will only have to pay 10% of their student loans. He wants colleges to think about cutting their own costs.

I think everyone should have the choice to keep their insurance, but if they can't afford it they should get the gov't issued insurance but only if they truly can't meet the payments and not just because they are too tight to pay for it.

well supposedly it will bring down the deficit, but who's going to pay for the bill.... us and I personally rather not pay for it... I would like to choose what I want for insurance and I want great healthcare, I don't want someone decide whether or not I am worth it when I am sick.... Plus more than half of Americans do not want health care reform so why can't they get it in their heads that many do not want it
